Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within X days of delivery.
To process a claim, we require:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases of:
- Confirmed damaged items
- Incorrect item delivered
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.
